Order's opening soon email

I just received an email from Ford about the orders opening soon. This is the first time I actually got something official from Ford. Looking like it's going to happen in January.

Hello, I'm new to list Forum. How can I find out what order wave I'm in?

Wave 2 went out yesterday. You will have to call your dealer to find out where you are on his list.

When does the second wave start?

I'm not sure even the dealership can tell you what wave you will be in. They can tell you where you are in their list but unless they know how many orders/allocations are to be in each wave they can't determine which wave you will be in. And, it doesn't sound as if all dealerships will have the same number of order invitations per wave. Early in this process, with little reliable data, there's a lot of uncertainty.
