I have the option of getting a 2023 Lariat or a slight used (5K demo unit) 2022 model that would be $8K less. Is it there anything in the 2023 that would make it worth the extra money?

The 2022 has more things on it like heated steering wheel, better alarm and the thing that weighs the load but the 2023 is a better deal because Ford will update it with the new AI software and you have already loosed $20,000 deprecation on the 2022. I had the the same choice and I am glad I waited
