fake photo?

On facebook, a photo was recently posted showing a burned out pick up truck. They claim that it was a Ford Lightning. The first thing I noticed that, on the left front fender, there is no charge port door opening around the emblem. Can someone further point out, going by the photo, which shows that this photo is NOT of a Lightning. Also, can anyone tell what the actual make and model of truck this is? Thanks. That would be really hard without being there, but I agree it’s not an EV Lightning. Remember, they had a gas Lightning 20ish years ago, but doesn’t seem to fit that either based on tail light.
My guess is some 2015 or newer gas F150 and the lower trim level due to the crappy wheels.
